Olivier Moréteau launched a new blog, EUtopia , to rethink the European Union in a context of crisis: "A fully independent place to rethink the European Union in the perspective of the people and in view of promoting a healthy debate on its future. The approach is meant to encompass multiple dimensions of European integration: historical, philosophical, spiritual, political, legal, economical, sociological, demographic, linguistic etc. in view of proposing elements for a Constitution of the EU, with a federalist inspiration."
